What your notice must include (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3))

• your physical or electronic signature;
• the work you say is infringed;
• the link to the LiferList page showing the material;
• your contact details;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for them.

We'll disable access to the material and tell the account holder.

Counter-notice

If your content was disabled by mistake, send dmca@lifer-list.com a counter-notice with the elements of 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3). Unless the complainant tells us within 10 business days that they've filed a court action, we'll restore access 10–14 business days after we receive it.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
