LiferList is for keeping your own birding records and media, and sharing them with people you choose. Don't use it to:

• upload or share anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material (we report it to NCMEC and the authorities and close the account);
• upload or share content you don't have the rights to;
• harass, threaten or expose other people, including posting someone's private information;
• share content showing or encouraging illegal harm to wildlife, such as illegal capture or disturbance of protected birds;
• spread malware, spam or deceptive links;
• break into, probe, scrape or overload LiferList, get around its limits, or open accounts to evade a limit or a suspension;
• pretend to be someone else.

What we may do

Turn off sharing for an account, remove content, or suspend or close an account, depending on what happened. We may preserve content and report it when the law requires.
